The site's menu is built by JavaScript, and so is this page — signing in and reading your own reports both talk to the database from the browser. Without it you can still read Community reports, What's being built, The money, Resources, About, Privacy and Terms — and Report an issue works the same whether or not you ever sign in.

Follow what happened to the reports you filed — received, reviewed, published, sent to the county. Signing in is optional: reporting stays anonymous by default, and nothing about your account ever appears in public.

Sign-in and your report list are loaded from the database in the browser. The public report list works without an account.
