What these records can tell you

A DEQ air permit authorizes equipment subject to its terms. It does not prove equipment is installed, currently running, or that a campus is complete. Reported emissions come from an inventory, with their own reporting year. Permit limits describe authorized ceilings and conditions; they are not actual emissions or a local air-quality reading.

Missing generator counts and inventory rows stay unknown. Geographic proximity does not establish that a permit belongs to a campus. See the matching rules and limitations, or download the data-quality review queue and permit-link check report.
